Job Responsibility:
Own the full‑cycle recruiting process—from job posting through offer acceptance
Source candidates using creative strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking)
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both skill and culture fit
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
Manage candidate communications and deliver a standout candidate experience
Track recruiting activity and maintain applicant data in our ATS
Requirements:
1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (corporate or agency)
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to juggle multiple roles in a fast‑paced environment
High attention to detail and great follow‑through
Proficiency with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
