We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our client in the banking industry to work onsite in Knoxville, Tennessee on a Contract basis. This onsite opportunity is ideal for a talent specialist who can lead hiring efforts across multiple teams, manage a busy requisition load, and deliver a strong candidate experience. The role offers the chance to make an immediate impact while supporting a range of business-critical hiring needs.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through offer delivery for openings across several business areas
Develop talent pipelines for current vacancies and upcoming hiring needs using proactive outreach and market research
Evaluate applicants through resume reviews, screening conversations, and structured interviews to determine fit for each role
Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing priorities, align on candidate profiles, and move searches forward efficiently
Arrange and coordinate interviews, ensuring clear communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process
Support hiring for a variety of positions, including customer-facing and fraud-related call center roles
Provide candidates and internal talent with thoughtful guidance on career direction, role alignment, and development opportunities where appropriate
Maintain accurate recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system and prepare updates for stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required
At least 3 years of recruiting experience is required
Demonstrated success managing full-cycle hiring processes across multiple requisitions
Strong capability in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership groups
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a relationship-driven approach
Experience using applicant tracking systems and standard business tools such as Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel
Nice to have:
Background in banking, financial services, or high-volume call center recruiting is preferred
