Job Responsibility
Review incoming applications and identify candidates whose backgrounds align with open positions and hiring priorities
Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate experience, interest, and general fit before advancing applicants to the next stage
Coordinate interviews by working closely with candidates and internal stakeholders to arrange schedules and confirm logistics
Support recruiting efforts across multiple openings while maintaining timely communication and consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition team members to keep searches organized and progressing efficiently
Use the applicant tracking system, including Workday, to maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, and recruiting activity
Assist with sourcing efforts to build candidate pipelines for current and near-term hiring needs
Help manage recruiting workflows for a steady volume of requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Requirements
Previous experience in corporate recruiting, talent acquisition coordination, or a related hiring support role
Working knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and comfort navigating recruiting platforms such as Workday
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail when handling candidate information and scheduling activities
Availability to work a hybrid schedule with most time spent onsite in Minneapolis, Minnesota
