We are looking for a high-energy Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You’ll be the face of our company to candidates, responsible for finding, vetting, and hiring top-tier talent. Your goal is to build a strong talent pipeline that helps our company grow while ensuring every candidate has a stellar experience—regardless of whether they get the job.
Job Responsibility:
Sourcing: Proactively hunt for candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess culture fit and technical baseline
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the 'must-haves' for every role
Scheduling: Coordinate interview loops and ensure the process moves quickly
Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations and close candidates with enthusiasm
Brand Advocacy: Represent our company culture online and at industry events
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in recruiting (agency or in-house)
Exceptional verbal and written skills
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced LinkedIn searching
The ability to juggle 10+ open roles
A genuine interest in helping people find the right career path
