Job Responsibility:
Focus on front-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and initial candidate screening
Manage recruitment efforts across multiple states, dividing responsibilities within a team
Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication
Source candidates for high-demand positions such as drivers and sales staff
Utilize interview guides and scripts to maintain consistency during candidate evaluations
Monitor and address hiring needs during peak seasons
Coordinate calendar schedules for managers to streamline interview logistics
Leverage applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms to optimize hiring workflows
Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment progress and challenges
Requirements:
Strong sourcing skills, particularly for high-volume recruitment needs
Ability to use applicant tracking systems, such as UKG Pro
Leverage platforms like Indeed for candidate sourcing
Ability to handle scheduling and coordination for interviews efficiently
