We are seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring efforts across a variety of non-technical positions, including administrative, customer service, operations, HR, and professional services roles. Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer support, and onboarding coordination
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and identify top talent
Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, community partnerships, and other recruiting channels
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
Track recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS), maintain candidate pipelines, and provide hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting non-technical or professional-level positions
Proven ability to source, screen, and manage candidates through the entire hiring process in a fast-paced environment
Experience partnering with hiring managers and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
