Our client, a leading Quebec-based company, is looking for three (3) experienced Recruiters on demand for an immediate reinforcement mandate. Integrated into a dynamic team and supported by a dedicated Team Lead, your mission will be to accelerate the selection cycle for high-volume needs. This initial 6 to 8-week mandate offers a strong possibility of extension.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct high-volume phone screens to qualify top talent
Ensure rigorous tracking of all recruitment activities using internal tools
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to align selections with business needs
Maintain a professional and seamless candidate experience in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Strong background in recruitment (agency or corporate), ideally in a high-volume context
High level of autonomy, administrative rigor, and ability to deliver results quickly
Comfortable with ATS systems and collaborative digital tools
Full bilingualism (French and English) is essential for interviews in all Canada
