Job Description:

Lead the development, design, and delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies for a designated portfolio. Act as a subject matter expert, managing end-to-end recruitment, and advising business leads on talent market gaps.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within financial services
  • Experience partnering with executive-level management
  • Proven ability to recruit for complex roles across multiple business lines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Human Resources degree or formalized HR training preferred but not mandatory
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is a plus
  • Experience with Workday (HRIS) is preferred
