Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making offers Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using various sourcing techniques Collaborate with and support external recruitment partners Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process Develop and maintain job descriptions and job postings Facilitate offer negotiations and support hiring managers in final decision-making Contribute to the development and optimization of recruitment processes and tools Prepare and maintain summary reports and recruitment analytics Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment Provide support during pre-onboarding and onboarding phases when needed (e.g., communication with new hires, hiring managers, vendors) Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in mass hiring or high-volume environments Strong English skills (B2 level or higher) Experience with developing and implementing internal recruitment policies and procedures Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus International hiring experience is a strong advantage Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making and process improvement Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach We Offer: Competitive compensation linked to the UAH/USD rate Medical and life insurance after the trial period English classes with a native speaker Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 (Kyiv Time) Corporate training and team events If you meet the above qualifications and are ready to take on the responsibilities, we encourage you to apply!
