Job Description

As a Recruiter at Turnkey, you’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle - from sourcing and outreach through to offer and close - across technical and business roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth, fast-moving processes, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and raise the bar for every hire we make. You’ll also be a builder: refining our systems, strengthening our employer brand, and creating the recruiting foundation that will scale with the company as we continue our rapid growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves designing systems, and takes pride in running exceptionally tight processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage searches end-to-end: source, screen, interview, and close top candidates across multiple departments
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand role needs and ensure alignment throughout the process
  • Source creatively and strategically to identify talent beyond traditional channels
  • Own candidate experience from first touch through close, ensuring every interaction reflects Turnkey’s standards of excellence
  • Maintain organized, high-quality data and reporting within our ATS
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and define hiring plans
  • Strengthen Turnkey’s employer brand through thoughtful storytelling and consistent messaging
  • Continuously refine recruiting processes to increase efficiency, speed, and quality of hire
  • Experiment, measure, and improve

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth technology company
  • Proven track record of successfully closing candidates across technical and business functions
  • Highly organized and systems-oriented
  • you naturally bring structure to fast-moving environments
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles at once without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relentlessly hardworking, resourceful, and committed to finding and winning the best talent
  • Strong judgment and ability to represent Turnkey with professionalism and warmth
  • Deep interest in startups, technology, and helping great people find meaningful work
