Job Description

Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level, experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff and hourly, and possibly management.

Job Responsibility

  • Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs
  • May utilize the services of employment agencies
  • Places employment ads in appropriate sources
  • Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
  • May recruit from colleges, technical schools and job fairs
  • Provides professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent acquisition process
  • Serves as a business partner to hiring managers to create recruiting and interviewing plans
  • Conducts regular follow-ups with managers to ensure business requirements are met
  • Develops networks for attracting viable active and passive candidates
  • Promotes consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
  • Utilizes applicant tracking system and manages full life cycle recruitment
  • Maintains integrity and consistency of Talent Acquisition systems, processes and policies
  • Ensures an EEO/AAP compliant selection process

Requirements

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Two (2) or more years Recruiting experience in an agency, corporate, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment (Required)
