The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company goals.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruiting (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, career sites, and social media
Source candidates through various channels (databases, networking, referrals, events)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Conduct reference checks and assist with offer negotiations
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate records
Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding
