Job Responsibility:
Source, screen, and qualify candidates using multiple recruiting methods, such as direct sourcing, job boards, networking, and referrals
Conduct initial interviews to assess a candidate’s skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience
Manage job postings, applicant tracking data, and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions
Provide regular reporting on recruitment activities and pipeline status
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related field
Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar HR function is preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple open positions simultaneously
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools
