Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from opening intake through offer coordination and onboarding support
  • Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position needs, align on candidate profiles, and maintain momentum throughout the search process
