Job Description:

Temporary Industrial Support Recruiter for the Talent Center team at Randstad. This position involves complete recruitment cycles, establishing candidate pools, and delivering quality candidates to meet customer expectations.

Job Responsibility:

Complete the recruitment cycle from job posting to resume screening process prior to detailed interviews
Identify and establish a pool of candidates using a network of resources to meet current and future customer needs within a predefined timeframe
Work closely with the team to ensure the right candidates are delivered on time, and to meet customer expectations for quality and value

Requirements:

Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Ability to adapt quickly to daily changes
Dynamic worker who can work with multiple people
