Recruiter

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to monitor and manage candidate pipelines effectively
• Conduct high-volume recruitment activities to meet organizational demands
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across various platforms
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, both virtual and in-person, as required
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress
• Support pre-employment requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruitment activities
• Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying candidates through various channels
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work onsite in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, and collaborate effectively in a team environment

Familiarity with Kronos software
