This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent, ensuring the best fit for organizational needs. The ideal candidate enjoys process improvement, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about continuous development.
Job Responsibility:
Source, screen, and schedule candidates for open positions across the company—especially in production and manufacturing roles
Consistently meet or exceed set KPIs on interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
Spend time within the production environment to understand company operations and better engage with candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate with department leaders on workforce needs
Efficiently utilize Paylocity and other tools for applicant tracking and reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment
Strong ability to source candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms
Proficiency in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English
