We are looking for a motivated Part Time Recruiter to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in developing and executing strategies to attract and retain top talent for our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with hiring teams and contribute to the company's success by ensuring a streamlined recruitment process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience
  • Develop comprehensive staffing plans for various roles, including tailored job posting approaches
  • Manage and enhance the organization's presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
  • Source potential candidates through networking, referrals, and online tools
  • Review resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate pipelines to ensure efficient recruitment tracking
  • Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to optimize recruitment efforts
