We are looking for a success-driven Recruiter to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee, on a Contract to permanent basis. In this role, you will focus on sourcing and attracting top talent to meet high-volume hiring needs, with the opportunity to work closely with leadership to refine recruitment strategies. This position requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Source and identify candidates with relevant experience through various platforms, including LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines
Screen applicants effectively to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational needs
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to manage candidate information and recruitment processes
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide strategic recruiting support
Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of candidates through background checks and onboarding processes
Provide insights and recommendations to improve time-to-fill metrics and overall recruitment efficiency
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
Assist with field screening processes as needed to support branch-specific recruitment efforts
Requirements:
Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms to identify and engage candidates
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
Ability to conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment
Previous experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred
