Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for financial services positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify staffing needs, attract high-quality talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across accounting, banking, risk, compliance, and corporate finance functions.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through professional networks, job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
  • Conduct behavioral and role-specific screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring timely communication and feedback among candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, analyze hiring trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process
  • Promote the employer brand and deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within financial services, banking, accounting, or corporate finance environments
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting roles, including analysts, accountants, auditors, risk management professionals, compliance specialists, and related positions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and provide consultative support to hiring managers
  • Experience using recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and data-driven hiring practices
