We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for financial services positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify staffing needs, attract high-quality talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience across accounting, banking, risk, compliance, and corporate finance functions.
Job Responsibility
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source and engage qualified candidates through professional networks, job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
Conduct behavioral and role-specific screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring timely communication and feedback among candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Monitor recruiting metrics, analyze hiring trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting effectiveness
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process
Promote the employer brand and deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within financial services, banking, accounting, or corporate finance environments
Strong understanding of finance and accounting roles, including analysts, accountants, auditors, risk management professionals, compliance specialists, and related positions
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and provide consultative support to hiring managers
Experience using recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and data-driven hiring practices
