We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, leveraging your expertise to attract and secure top talent while fostering an inclusive hiring approach. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, developing innovative recruitment strategies, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of market trends and external factors affecting talent acquisition.
Job Responsibility:
Build and nurture collaborative relationships with business leaders and peers to drive successful hiring outcomes
Develop detailed candidate profiles by analyzing key skills and competencies required for high-performing roles
Proactively source and attract top talent by utilizing innovative recruitment methods and assessing candidates for fit within the company and specific teams
Present comprehensive evaluations of leading candidates, addressing strengths and weaknesses to support informed hiring decisions
Challenge conventional approaches and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment processes
Share best practices with peers and leverage their expertise to enhance recruitment strategies
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure effective sourcing and hiring outcomes
Stay informed about external market trends and industry factors impacting the availability of top talent
Adapt to changing priorities with flexibility and strong organizational skills while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Communicate effectively through clear and precise written and verbal interactions to build trust and credibility
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes
Bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent experience in full-cycle recruiting
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday
Demonstrated expertise in developing inclusion-focused recruitment strategies
Intellectual curiosity and ability to adopt new technologies and approaches to improve recruitment efficiency
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach
Ability to analyze and utilize market intelligence to inform talent acquisition strategies
