A well-established manufacturing organization in the Lehigh Valley is partnering with Robert Half to hire an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume and specialized hiring needs across their operations. Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, engineering, and support functions
Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, referrals, social media, and proactive outreach
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong skill and culture alignment
Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding logistics
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance throughout the hiring process
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume environments
Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office tools
