Job Responsibility:
Creates an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values
Utilises global tools, programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies
Communicates effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process
Builds and maintains manageable talent pools in software systems
Screens, interviews and prepares candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
Fosters and manages effective relations with stakeholders within the country organisation to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations
Integrates the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry
Communicating effectively in verbal and written communication. Fluency in English is a must. Preference will go to applicants who are bilingual (English & French)
Building virtual collaborative relationships to facilitate current objectives
Acting without needing direction from others – ability to work independently, take initiatives and responsibility, but also a team-player
Knowledge of hiring talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment
Knowledge of identifying, assessing, selecting and hiring suitable candidates for a job
Knowledge of candidate behaviours and labour market trends
Knowledge of interview techniques to assess candidates
Knowledge of corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
