We are seeking a Recruiter to support active hiring efforts across a wide variety of positions in Tempe, Arizona. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong partnerships with hiring managers, and delivers an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Recruiter will play a key role in evaluating talent, reviewing interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
Job Responsibility:
Actively recruit for a wide variety of positions
Develop short- and long-term, cost-effective recruitment strategies
Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Human Resource Business Partners, and high-volume screening teams
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Build strong talent pipelines and represent the organization professionally in the talent marketplace
Demonstrate understanding of business lines and staffing needs to proactively offer hiring solutions
Consult with managers on hiring process, candidate pools, and offers
Review HireVue interviews and/or phone screens for qualified candidates
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review and selection
Build diverse candidate slates to support open positions
Provide regular progress updates to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
Requirements:
Experience recruiting for multiple positions at once in a fast-paced environment
Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and make sound recommendations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience partnering with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders
Ability to manage recruitment activity with strong attention to detail
Professional and customer-focused approach to candidate experience
