Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated contract Recruiter to join our team in Appleton, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will excel in full-cycle recruitment and have experience sourcing top talent.

Job Responsibility:

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract professionals with relevant experience for field operations roles
Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills and compatibility with the team
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized records and streamline recruitment workflows
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection
Create detailed job descriptions and postings to attract a diverse pool of applicants
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on progress and challenges
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the hiring process
Leverage Workday to manage and track recruitment activities efficiently

Requirements:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
Strong ability to source candidates through various channels, including online platforms and networking
Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate suitability
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Experience using Workday or similar HR software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
