Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for light industrial and warehouse roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
Conduct daily outreach to candidates via job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases
Advertise open roles through job postings, social platforms, and targeted recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality applicants
Welcome, interview, and assess walk-in candidates to determine qualifications and job fit
Perform routine client site visits to understand workforce needs, maintain strong relationships, and address staffing updates or concerns
Conduct on-site employee check-ins, new-hire introductions, and attendance follow-ups as needed
Coordinate onboarding steps such as background screenings, paperwork completion, E-Verify, I-9 compliance, and safety requirements
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with data entry, filing, and documentation for each hire
Develop and maintain a referral pipeline by engaging current employees and encouraging participation in referral programs
Collaborate with internal teams to meet weekly hiring goals, fill high-volume requests, and support recruiting strategies
Assist with workforce retention efforts, including addressing employee concerns, gathering feedback, and supporting reassignments
Participate in weekly team meetings to review progress, hiring metrics, and upcoming staffing needs
Provide excellent customer service to both clients and associates, ensuring timely communication and follow-through
Represent the company at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach opportunities
Requirements:
Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor
Preferred experience in recruiting within light industrial, warehouse, or high-volume staffing, but not required
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines
Proficient with computers, online job boards, and applicant tracking systems
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the organization
Reliable transportation for local client visits and site check-ins
