We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a Contract to permanent employment basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting, evaluating, and securing top talent for various positions. Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, this position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to organizational growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Publish job postings across multiple recruitment platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Review resumes and applications thoroughly to identify individuals with relevant experience who meet job criteria
  • Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate experience, availability, professionalism, and suitability for the role
  • Provide detailed explanations of job expectations, schedules, and work environments to prospective candidates
  • Facilitate the progression of candidates with relevant experience to subsequent interview stages with clients or leadership
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of applicants throughout the recruitment process
  • Share regular hiring updates with leadership and administrative teams to ensure alignment and transparency

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and hiring
  • Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows
  • Strong expertise in corporate and high-volume recruitment
  • Ability to source candidates effectively across multiple platforms
