Job Responsibility:

  • You manage the entire recruitment process for our global locations
  • You develop and execute creative strategies to attract top talent through active sourcing and innovative recruiting channels
  • You proactively reach out to potential candidates via professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) with a personalized and engaging approach
  • You will conduct interviews, sell candidates on our amazing company culture, and ensure they’re excited about their next career step at Hornetsecurity
  • You continuously explore new, innovative recruitment and HR marketing strategies to attract the best talent
  • You analyze and track recruitment performance, refining strategies to optimize results
  • You support HR projects, including onboarding and employer branding initiatives
