Recruiter

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for technical and skilled trade positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Prepare and organize interview packets, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Participate in candidate interviews and provide recommendations to hiring teams
• Assist in updating and refining recruitment processes and materials
• Support the HR team with recruitment-related administrative tasks
• Utilize Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings, including drug testing and background checks
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes and team efficiency
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and hiring
• Strong background in high-volume recruitment and corporate recruiting
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Comfortable working onsite in a detail-oriented setting

Prior experience in manufacturing or similar industries is a plus
