Robert Half is seeking an experienced Recruiter with a background in healthcare to join a growing team. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape—both clinical and non-clinical—and a strategic approach to building talent pipelines.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with healthcare organizations to assess their hiring needs, particularly around top strategic priorities such as patient flow, telemedicine, compliance, and operational efficiency
Source, interview, and recommend candidates for contract and permanent roles in healthcare settings, including those focused on documentation improvement, cost containment, change management, and digital transformation
Develop and maintain talent pools for specialized healthcare functions, including data analytics, patient engagement, and health information management
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to facilitate a streamlined recruitment process, providing consultative guidance on candidates and market trends
Stay current on healthcare compliance, value-based care, and regulatory issues impacting talent needs
Use creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage candidates, including passive talent
Facilitate onboarding and ensure a positive candidate and client experience
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years’ experience recruiting within the healthcare sector, with proven placements in clinical or non-clinical environments
Deep knowledge of healthcare jobs, credentials, and compliance requirements
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and digital recruiting tools
Ability to manage multiple searches with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
