Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and help attract, source, and hire top talent. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring goals
Post job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms
Source candidates through online databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Support employment branding and recruitment marketing efforts
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires
Monitor recruiting metrics and provide status updates to management
Stay informed on labor market trends and recruiting best practices
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements
Excellent organization and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professionalism, discretion, and strong decision-making skills
