Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process and help attract, source, and hire top talent. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring goals
  • Post job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms
  • Source candidates through online databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Support employment branding and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with onboarding coordination for new hires
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide status updates to management
  • Stay informed on labor market trends and recruiting best practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, discretion, and strong decision-making skills
