Recruiter

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to maintain organized records and streamline hiring activities
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company values
• Maintain clear and detail-oriented communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and other resources to attract top talent
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to leadership and suggest improvements to processes
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout all recruitment activities
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance recruitment efficiency

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in corporate or high-volume environments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage professionally with candidates and team members
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of transportation industry recruitment practices is a plus but not required
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and processes
• Business casual dress code is required for this role
