Our company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers through the selection process. The ideal candidate is skilled at building relationships, identifying top talent, and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of open positions
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate candidate records
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Extend offers and support candidates through the onboarding process
Promote a positive employer brand throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to have:
Experience recruiting across multiple departments or skill levels
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
