We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts for current and upcoming openings in Tennessee. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with candidates, conducting thorough evaluations, and helping build strong talent pipelines. The person in this role will contribute to a positive candidate experience while maintaining organized recruiting processes and accurate employment documentation. Job Responsibility
Source prospective candidates through online platforms, internal databases, networking, referrals, outreach calls, and other recruiting channels aligned with hiring needs
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, education, relevant experience, and overall fit for open positions
Maintain accurate recruiting and employment records, ensuring documentation is current, complete, and properly organized
Communicate with prospective applicants about job opportunities, workplace environment, benefits, and organizational functions
Partner with hiring stakeholders to identify talent needs and support recruitment strategies for both immediate and future staffing demands
Build and sustain candidate pipelines by engaging talent across multiple sourcing methods and maintaining timely follow-up throughout the hiring process
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of training and education
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal teams
Working knowledge of hiring practices, employment-related policies, and standard recruitment procedures
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other computer-based recruiting or database tools
Solid interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills to support a positive and effective hiring process
