Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool
Recruit exceptional talent to join InPlanet's rapidly growing teams
Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills and experience
Interview effectively with passion and care to maintain excellence and candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and refine candidate profiles
Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
Maintain and leverage our applicant tracking system (ATS) to track progress and generate insights
Collaborate with the People Operations Team to measure and improve recruitment KPIs, such as time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction scores
Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies
Report on recruitment data including time, cost of hire, number of applicants, and other useful insights
Requirements:
Excellent communication in English and Portuguese both in writing and verbal
1-2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of meeting ambitious targets
Expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
Proficiency with ATS and modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
A growth mindset and adaptability to support cross-functional recruitment efforts
Experience in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative spirit with a drive to take ownership of challenges
High ambition and self-motivation to excel in a mission-driven environment

Be based in Piracicaba and surrounding areas within São Paulo state
