Job Description:

Seamless.AI is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our fast-paced, high-growth SaaS organization. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of functions, from sourcing and pipeline management to interviewing and closing top talent. The Recruiter will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop tailored recruiting strategies
  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including SeekOut, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Manage candidate pipelines in a highly organized and efficient manner, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience
  • Utilize recruiting technology (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GEM, and SeekOut) to optimize sourcing, interviewing, and reporting workflows
  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams, challenging assumptions and advising on market insights
  • Track recruiting metrics and report on progress, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes to increase speed, quality, and candidate engagement
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates while ensuring alignment with compensation structures and business priorities

Requirements:

  • Proven success managing end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions (mid-to-senior level roles)
  • Ability to work with urgency, creativity, and autonomy while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
  • Strong pipeline management skills—organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
  • Proficiency with sourcing and recruiting tools such as SeekOut, Greenhouse, BrightHire, and GEM (or similar CRMs/ATS)
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics to measure and improve results
  • A proactive, 'hunter' mentality—you know how to get after it and find the best talent
  • 1–3 years of professional recruiting experience managing end-to-end hiring processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Experience working under general supervision while handling moderately complex hiring challenges
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
