Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a variety of roles, from sourcing talent through offer coordination and onboarding support
Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and shape effective search strategies
Identify and engage candidates with experience in sales, marketing, engineering-adjacent, and production-related functions
Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication and managing each search with a high level of attention
Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research for current and future openings
Use the applicant tracking system to manage job postings, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, and recruiting data accurately
Evaluate applicants’ backgrounds and qualifications to present well-matched candidates aligned with business and role requirements
Support a flexible hybrid recruiting process following the initial training period while meeting ongoing hiring demands
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to attract talent across technical, commercial, and operational job categories
Background recruiting for roles such as inside sales, marketing specialists, sales engineers, or assembly operators is highly valued
Ability to handle multiple open requisitions while maintaining a responsive, relationship-driven approach
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and disciplined recruiting process management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills when working with hiring managers and candidates
Nice to have
Prior exposure to engineering or mechatronics-related environments is a plus
Bilingual ability in French or German is beneficial but not required
