We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a health insurance organization based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position focuses on managing full-cycle recruitment activities, partnering with business stakeholders, and helping deliver an efficient and organized hiring experience. The role is well suited for someone who can balance candidate engagement, process coordination, and recruiting operations in a structured environment.
Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for assigned openings, from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support
Partner with hiring leaders and HR contacts to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting strategies with business priorities
Source, screen, and evaluate talent using multiple channels, including virtual tools and structured interview methods
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring workflow updates to maintain a smooth and timely process
Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records in staffing systems, and share progress updates with key stakeholders
Support hiring operations that involve shared services teams and collaboration across onshore and offshore partners when needed
Contribute to recruitment projects tied to healthcare-related business lines, including roles connected to programs such as TRICARE and HealthCare.gov
Help improve talent acquisition processes by identifying workflow gaps, recommending practical solutions, and promoting a consistent candidate experience
Requirements
Experience managing hiring processes in a corporate or high-volume recruiting environment
Background in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support
Ability to use video interviewing platforms and other digital recruiting tools effectively
Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or regulated industry hiring environments is preferred
Knowledge of programs or systems such as HealthCare.gov, TRICARE, NIS, or shared services models is an advantage
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously
Effective communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, including offshore partners when applicable
Nice to have
