We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Gramercy, Louisiana. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding talent, with a focus on engineering roles. The position offers flexibility with in-office, hybrid, or remote options, and requires someone who can manage high-volume recruitment while utilizing various tools and platforms effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Paylocity to source top talent
Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management
Conduct high-volume recruitment while ensuring quality and timely placements
Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates with relevant experience for current and future roles
Provide daily updates and reports to management regarding recruitment progress
Leverage HRIS systems to track and manage recruitment data effectively
Ensure all recruitment processes align with organizational goals and compliance standards
Support additional hiring initiatives as needed during peak recruitment periods
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding
Familiarity with corporate recruiting and high-volume hiring
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
Strong knowledge of Paylocity and LinkedIn Recruiter tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining compliance and accuracy in recruitment processes
Nice to have:
Previous experience in recruiting for technical or engineering roles is a plus
