Recruiter

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Paylocity to source top talent
• Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management
• Conduct high-volume recruitment while ensuring quality and timely placements
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates with relevant experience for current and future roles
• Provide daily updates and reports to management regarding recruitment progress
• Leverage HRIS systems to track and manage recruitment data effectively
• Ensure all recruitment processes align with organizational goals and compliance standards
• Support additional hiring initiatives as needed during peak recruitment periods

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding
• Familiarity with corporate recruiting and high-volume hiring
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
• Strong knowledge of Paylocity and LinkedIn Recruiter tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining compliance and accuracy in recruitment processes

Previous experience in recruiting for technical or engineering roles is a plus
