As a Recruiter you will source, assess, and guide candidates through the hiring process while partnering with hiring managers and People leadership to define role requirements, understand team needs, and identify talent capable of driving meaningful results.
Job Responsibility:
Build targeted sourcing strategies for technical, operational, and business roles
Conduct deep, thoughtful candidate screens
Map talent markets for priority roles
Partner with hiring managers to define the intersection of business needs and human capacity
Create candidate pipelines that anticipate upcoming needs across engineering, robotics/automation, deployment, field service, operations, and GTM functions
Maintain active, ongoing relationships with high-potential candidates
Guide interview teams to assess what truly matters for the role
Ensure candidates experience a clear, transparent process
Represent Formic authentically
Requirements:
3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a demonstrated strength in sourcing and engaging passive, high-caliber talent
Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment
Ability to connect business needs with human capacity
