We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our client's team. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top talent for teaching and education roles. Job Responsibility:
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles for education and teaching positions
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract professionals with relevant experience, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other specialized databases
Conduct outreach to passive candidates through creative methods such as networking, direct communication, and market research
Screen and evaluate potential candidates to ensure they align with client needs and organizational goals
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines while monitoring sourcing metrics to track progress
Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and assist in facilitating offer processes when required
Document candidate interactions and recruitment activities accurately within the applicant tracking system
Build strong relationships with candidates to create a positive recruitment experience
Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in outbound recruiting or sourcing, preferably within the education or detail-oriented sectors
Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Indeed Smart Sourcing, Juicebox, and other industry-specific databases for talent identification
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate documentation
Experience in high-volume recruitment settings is advantageous
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices and agency recruitment is preferred
