We are looking for a Recruiter to support talent acquisition and people operations for a client near Berea Ohio. This position focuses primarily on attracting and bringing in talent for specialized and technical openings while also contributing to key human resources activities that strengthen the employee experience. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to sourcing, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage recruiting priorities while supporting onboarding and engagement efforts.
Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a range of specialized and technical positions, from opening intake through offer and pre-employment steps
Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, job platforms, and other outreach methods to connect with talent with relevant experience
Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and organize next steps with hiring teams to maintain a smooth and timely selection process
Shape and execute talent attraction strategies that align with workforce needs and support ongoing recruitment demand
Monitor recruiting activity and maintain accurate recruitment data, using applicant tracking tools and metrics to evaluate progress and effectiveness
Work closely with marketing partners to increase role visibility and strengthen employer presence across recruiting channels
Support new employee orientation and onboarding activities to help employees transition successfully into the organization
Help coordinate internship-related efforts and contribute to programs that build early-career talent pipelines
Assist with HR administration and employee engagement initiatives that support a positive and connected workplace culture
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting for corporate, technical, or specialized roles
Strong capability in candidate sourcing, including proactive outreach and pipeline development
Background supporting high-volume recruiting while maintaining organization and responsiveness
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and accurate record management throughout the hiring process
Ability to coordinate interviews, follow-up communication, and pre-employment activities with attention to detail
Comfortable partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including hiring managers and marketing teams
Effective communication skills and the ability to represent opportunities to candidates and employees
