Job Description

As a key member of Onebrief’s recruiting team, you will play a critical role in finding, engaging, and hiring the top-tier customer-facing talent responsible for Onebrief's success, adoption, and growth. You will partner with hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership to shape our hiring strategy, create an exceptional candidate experience, and help scale our company during a period of rapid growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for key go-to-market roles
  • collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to shape recruiting strategies and guide process improvements
  • develop a deep understanding of the business’ talent requirements
  • proactively source and engage candidates through a variety of sourcing techniques
  • deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance
  • use ATS (Ashby) to track and analyze recruiting metrics
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and technologies within the broader tech ecosystem
  • build and nurture relationships with both passive and active candidates

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience of high volume full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles
  • track record of closing top-tier talent in a competitive environment
