Job Description:

The Recruiter plays a key role in identifying the best talent, nurturing our culture, and making a lasting impact on the company. This role involves proactive sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and networking to build high-performing, diverse teams for Power Construction.

Requirements:

Hold a four year Bachelor's Degree
Bring 5–10 years of recruitment experience, combining both staffing agency and in-house general contractor roles
Have a well-rounded understanding of construction recruiting

Nice to have:

Bring some marketing flair to the table
