Argenta is seeking a Recruiter to join our Global team. This role is responsible for delivering both strategic and operational recruitment across Argenta’s global business. This role partners closely with senior leaders to understand current and future capability needs, translating business strategy, organisational design, and value creation priorities into targeted hiring plans. Operating within a fast-paced environment, the Recruiter will build and proactively manage high-quality talent pipelines across functions and geographies, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent to support growth, transformation, and our long-range plans. Combining hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic talent advisory, this role plays a critical part in strengthening Argenta’s talent capability, enhancing hiring quality, and enabling a high-performing, globally aligned organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted partner to functional leaders, aligning hiring activity to Argenta’s growth strategy, organisational design, and value creation plan
Own and deliver full lifecycle recruitment across functions and geographies, ensuring high-quality and timely hiring outcomes
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, including “athlete” talent that can flex across functions, regions, and evolving business needs
Leverage AI tools, market insight, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates
Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience, strengthening Argenta’s employer brand
Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, scalable, data-driven, and aligned to global governance standards
Implement structured interview and assessment frameworks to drive consistency, quality, and fairness in hiring decisions
Embed feedback mechanisms to measure and continuously improve candidate and hiring manager experience
Capture, track, and improve diversity and equality outcomes across the recruitment lifecycle
Partner with the Global Head of HR to support broader people transformation initiatives where hiring is a critical enabler
Requirements:
Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role within a global organisation
Experience within CDMO, Animal Health, or broader life sciences environments is highly desirable
Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including highly technical or specialist roles
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and challenge constructively
Demonstrated success operating in fast-paced, high-growth or transformation-led environments
Experience within private equity-backed businesses, with an understanding of pace, performance expectations, and value creation levers
Strong sourcing capability, including direct search, talent mapping, and pipeline development
High level of commercial and business acumen
Experience using recruitment systems, tools, and data to drive insights and decision-making
