Robert Half HR Solutions is partnering with a client in the Duluth, Georgia area that is looking to add a high-volume Recruiter to their team. The Recruiter will have a primary focus on high-volume field-based positions and select corporate functions. This role will manage recruiting activity from talent sourcing through offer stage, partnering with hiring teams to identify candidates with relevant experience for openings. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with fast-paced recruiting, creative outreach strategies, and bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
Job Responsibility
Lead recruitment efforts for a high-volume portfolio of approximately 30 to 50 open positions across field operations and administrative support functions
Source, screen, and advance candidates for roles such as service technicians, inspectors, installers, helpers, and business support positions
Manage the recruiting lifecycle from initial outreach through offer presentation, ensuring a timely and organized candidate experience
Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter to build talent pipelines and attract applicants with relevant experience
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify job needs, align on candidate profiles, and maintain momentum across active searches
Track candidate activity and requisition progress within the applicant tracking system to support accurate reporting and workflow management
Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process while supporting recruiting operations across multiple regions
Requirements
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer-stage coordination
Background supporting high-volume hiring environments with multiple concurrent requisitions
Proficiency using applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced recruiting setting
Experience recruiting for field-based, construction, service, or operational roles is strongly preferred
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a plus
