Job Description:

As a recruiter at IKEA of Sweden, your focus will be to lead the full attract & recruit process for specific competence areas, together with key stakeholders. This permanent position requires strong recruitment expertise, particularly in the tech/engineering sector, and involves proactive collaboration, managing recruitment processes, and contributing to talent development projects both locally and globally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead your assigned recruitment processes from planning to offer, including stakeholder management and administration
  • Plan for and activate different tools and techniques to identify, attract and engage qualified candidates, as well as maintaining talent pools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build recruitment and sourcing plans
  • Contribute to various development projects connected to talent management and recruitment development – within our local business unit and on a global cross-Inter IKEA companies level
  • Connect with your business stakeholders as the subject matter expert on talent advising and recruitment matters.

Requirements:

  • Have a passion for people - behaviours, motivations and biases
  • Deep interest in recruitment, project management and the tech/engineering industry
  • Good understanding of boolean searches and experience in building talent pipeline for niche roles
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Lead processes in a proactive and structured way, seeking efficiencies and improvements based on data and insights
  • Have facilitative leadership capabilities
  • Take ownership for the candidate experience, ensuring fair & objective processes grounded in our values-based recruitment approach
  • Bring broad experience with in-house recruitment- and talent acquisition processes, with a track record of filling senior level positions
  • You have at least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech/engineering field.

Nice to have:

  • Have a passion for integrating our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach into recruitments
  • Knowledge of talent market trends and a passion for insights and being up-to-date with the latest developments in the TA field
  • Experience with different TA tools and a knack for picking up new digital tools.
