Our client, a leading investment management firm based in New York City, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to build and lead its internal recruiting function. This newly created role will own full-cycle recruiting across all levels and functions and partner closely with senior leadership to centralize hiring processes and elevate the firm's talent strategy. The ideal candidate brings deep financial services recruiting experience and a high-touch, white-glove approach.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within small financial services firms, required
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles, including senior leadership, required
Strong understanding of investment management recruiting and markers of success in this space, preferred
Experience building, refining, and owning recruiting processes in a highly professional environment, required
Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and polished communication style, required
Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS, preferred
Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week, required
