We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts for current openings and upcoming talent needs. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with candidates, conducting thorough evaluations, and helping build a strong workforce. The role combines sourcing, interviewing, and administrative coordination to ensure an efficient and well-organized recruitment process.
Job Responsibility
Identify and engage potential candidates through online sourcing tools, databases, networking, referrals, media outreach, and direct contact methods
Conduct candidate interviews to assess employment background, education, training, and overall fit for open roles
Maintain accurate recruiting and employment documentation, ensuring records are organized and up to date
Communicate job details, workplace information, benefits, and career opportunities to prospective applicants
Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand position requirements and develop effective candidate search strategies
Track applicant activity and manage recruitment workflows using standard office software and hiring systems such as Workday
Support the recruitment lifecycle by coordinating outreach, screening efforts, and follow-up communication with candidates
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent related training is required
0–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related HR function
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal partners
Working knowledge of hiring practices, employment-related policies, and basic recruiting procedures
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and database-driven recruiting tools
Customer service mindset with solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
