We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Long Beach, California. This is a long-term contract position within the aerospace industry, offering the opportunity to manage recruitment efforts on a global scale. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing and hiring skilled technicians for manufacturing environments, ensuring the organization attracts top talent.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
Develop and implement effective strategies to attract technicians with relevant experience for manufacturing roles
Conduct interviews to assess candidate skills and compatibility with job requirements
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows
Collaborate with global HR teams to support international hiring efforts
Create and maintain job postings that reflect the company’s needs and attract diverse talent
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations throughout the hiring process
Identify and engage with passive candidates through strategic sourcing techniques
Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring practices and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in manufacturing environments
Expertise in corporate recruiting and sourcing strategies
Proficiency in conducting candidate interviews and assessing qualifications
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and their functionalities
Demonstrated ability to manage global recruitment efforts and collaborate with international teams
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
